Registering and Sign In
You can register in a few simple steps here. By registering, you agree to our Terms and that you have read our Privacy Policy. Be sure to remember your password for next time, but don't write it down anywhere in case someone finds it.
Why won't it accept my email address?
Here are two possibile issues
- Check it’s formatted correctly, without any spaces or typos.
- Are you trying to register an email address you’ve already registered with us? If so, you can simply sign in. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can change it from the login page.
Do i have to register my delivery address?
Yes, if you want to use our delivery service.
If no, you can always collect your order in one of our shops.
It is possible to add or edit delivery addresses in your
profile page.
Do you deliver to my address?
Our service is currently open to specific areas.
You can check whether we deliver to your area

Any further enquiries, please
contact us.
Should i give you my phone number?
This is optional. We can contact you by emailing. But it is quick and preferable way to
contact you regarding your orders.
Please Note: We will never use your phone number for advertizing purposes or share it with someone else.
Products and Reviews
How do i browse products?
All products in our store are groupped by Category/Subcategory and Brand (or manufacturer).
You can find Categories Menu on left sidebar of website
(click PRODUCTS to reveal).
To display list of Brands click BRANDS button.
Favorites and Lists
You can also see products you previously saved into
favorite FAVORITES and Lists.
To add item into Favorites click favorite_border icon,
to remove click favorite again.
About lists. You can count them as multipple versions of Favorites.
You can give them names and have them as many as you want.
Please Note: currently you cannot store product quantities in lists.
To display your Lists, click account_circle icon and
select list My Lists from menu. Then simply click
on one of the list's name to show corresponding products.
To add product into list(s) click playlist_add button
to display list selection dialog. Then click toggle switch On for lists you wish to add item to.
Switching Off will remove item from list.
How to search for products?
Click search on top website bar to open search field,
type text there and press Enter.
If search does not bring any result try following suggestions.
- Type three or more characters.
- Check your spelling.
- Try more general words or part of them.
- Try different words with same meaning
Product Ratings and Reviews
We use five stars products rating system. One star mean lowest rate, when five stars is highest.
You can see customer reviews by clicking on them or click REVIEWS tab on single product page.
Use edit Write A Review button to rate current item.
There are some rules for writing reviews.
- You cannot just rate a product without explanation. Please type a few good (or bad) words about product.
- You can write only one Review for single product. If you changed your mind, you can edit or remove it.
- All new and modified reviews will be visible to other users after one of our moderators approved it.
If you think review contains some inapropriate content, you can report it by selecting report Report as inappropriate in review menu.
Shopping and Checkout
How to add product to cart?
Click add_shopping_cart ADD TO CART button to push item into your cart.
Then use remove or add
buttons to modify it's quantity.
You can use same technique on Shopping Cart page.
To show Shopping Cart page simply click shopping_cart
icon in top-right corner of page.
Please note: Some of weight based products have different weight so we use their average weight as quantity.
This value may be slightly changed when your order will be processed.
What is the minimum value for a order?
There is a £10 minimum order value on any order.
Orders under £50 will be charged a £5 delivery fee except orders intended for collection.

"Out of Stock" products in my Cart?
If your shopping took a while, some of items in cart may become "Out of Stock". Those items are not
included when calculating total cart amount, and will not be placed in order.
The same can happen, when changing delivery/collection address, in case when they are served by different shops
which may have different stock.
Choosing delivery date.
Before checkout process you will be prompted to choose date, when your order will be delivered to you.
Please select one of two closest dates available.
(Of course, this step will be skipped for orders intended to be collected).

How does payment work?
Payment will be taken after completing payment process to cover the cost of all goods
ordered as well as the delivery charge, if any.
Order amount may be changed after processing, because of manu factors, such as product availability, goods on weight, etc.
In case when final order amount exceeds already payed amount, you will be asked to pay the difference to delivery courier.
We also arrange a refund (by cash or bank transfer) in opposite case.
Delivery and Collection
How can i collect my order?
You can collect your order in selected store from 12:00 to 20:00 next three days after order.
If you are unable to collect your goods in this period, please contact us.
Collection currently available in following stores:

- BAZA Hounslow Store - 79-83 High Street, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 1RB
Delivery charges
Orders under £50 will be charged a £5 delivery fee except orders intended for collection.
There is a £10 minimum order value on any order.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend delivery offer at any time.
Delivery date
Currently we deliver each postcode area two or three days per week.
You can check delivery days and availability by entering postcode on delivery policy page.
How can i change delivery date or address?
You can change delivery destination and date not later than 12:00 of order delivery day. Please contact us and provide following information:
- Your Order Number (can be found in Order History).
- New delivery address, if any (make sure it is added to your Address List in Profile & Settings)
- New delivery date (please choose a day available to your address (see link above or check postcode on delivery policy page).
- We may ask your name, phone or email as proof of identity.
Delivery time
Currently we do not use time slots for deliveries. Until we improve our delivering system you orders
may be delivered to you between 18:00 - 23:00.
Our driver can make a call to you, regarding delivery time. So, make sure, we have correct your phone number.

Refunds and Returns
What if I want to return something?
We’ll be happy to exchange or refund it for you. As long as it’s within 7 days,
it’s in the original condition and you’ve got your proof of purchase.
Please note: Chilled and frozen products are not refundable unless faulty (spoiled).
You cannot return goods with expired use before date also.
How can i return goods?
Please bring goods you want to return or exchange in one of our stores not later then 7 days
after purchase along with purchase receipt. We will exchange it or refund it's cost by cash.
