Delivery service coverage
Currently we deliver goods in London (United Kingdom), within M25 Circular.
Some limitation are in South West area and exceptions to South and South East.
Please Note: If your address is out of our delivery
range, You always can collect your order in one of our stores.

Delivery price
We apply fixed £5 charges for delivering orders with amount less then £50.
There is Free Delivery for orders exceeding this amount.

Please Note: If actual amount of order is different from amount you already payed
(goods out of stock or products on weight) you may be asked to pay difference or receive change, by delivery person.
There is £10 minimum order ammount for delivery.

Delivery date and time
Currently we deliver to each postcode area two or three days per week between 18:00 and 23:00.
Delivery days and time may subject to change while we improve our delivery system.
When delivery address selected, you will be prompted to choose date,
your order will be delivered to you.
If you choose collection option, you can pick up your
goods any day between 12:00 and 20:00, within 3 days (counting from next day after order).
It is preferably, if you collect your goods as soon as possible, due to products shelf life.

Changing delivery/collection address before checkout
You can see and change your delivery/collection address while shopping on page's side-bar (hidden on mobile phones - click to reveal)
and on the top of most pages.


Please Note: When you change delivery/collection address,
it is possible that corresponding store is also change. Due to different product stocks in stores,
some of items may become unavailable to buy or vice versa.
Changing delivery date or address after checkout
You can change delivery destination and date not later than 12:00 of order delivery day. Please contact us and provide following information:
- Your Order Number (can be found in Order History).
- New delivery address, if any (make sure it is added to your Address List in Profile & Settings)
- New delivery date (please choose a day available to your address (see link above or check postcode on delivery policy page).
- We may ask your name, phone or email as proof of identity.
