Naturally fermented white medium dry sparkling wine. Produced using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in tanks for at least 30 days. The wine used for production is sourced from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. Aroma and flavour A pleasant, gentle aroma, a light and fresh flavour. Consumption Suitable as an aperitif, also pairs with hors d’oeuvres and young semi-hard cheese. Best served chilled to 8°C.
