White sweet sparkling wine with natural fermentation. Produced using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in tanks for at least 30 days. The wine used for production is sourced from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. Aroma and flavour Has a smooth aroma of ripe Southern fruits and slightly sweet but well-balanced flavour. Consumption Goes well with with desserts, sweet ripe fruit, suitable on its own. Best served chilled at 8 °C.
