A white sweet sparkling wine with natural fermentation, made from highest quality Muscat grapes. Produced using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in tanks for at least 30 days. The wine used for production is sourced from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. Aroma and taste Has a bright aroma of fragrant rose and muscat, a balanced, rich flavour and an amber colour. Consumption Perfect with fruit and light desserts, blue mould cheese. Suitable on its own. Best served chilled at 8-10 °C.
