A semi-dry sparkling rose wine with natural fermentation, made from highest quality Sangiovese grapes. Produced using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in tanks for at least 30 days. The wine used for production is sourced from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. Aroma and flavour Has a fresh berry and fruit aroma, a light fruity flavour with a distinctive aftertaste of ripe strawberries. Consumption Good as aperitif. Goes well with dry ham, cheese, smoked salmon, chocolate, raspberries, chocolate-coated berries. Best served chilled at 8 °C.
