A driest standard wine from richer Pinot Noir and elegant fruity Chardonnay grape varieties. Produced using the Charmat method, in which secondary fermentation takes place in tanks for at least 30 days. The wine used for production is sourced from the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. Aroma and flavour Has a gentle straw colour, a delicate multi-dimensional flavour and an aroma of blooming melons, apples and flowers. Consumption Goes well with snacks, smoked eel, seafood, fish, eggs and poultry dishes. Good as aperitif. Best served chilled at 8 °C.
